Why Congress would b...Gets the point across though. Why Congress would block a bill to at least ban those on terrorist lists is beyond me! And frankly, there should be someway to ban those who have been labeled dangerous for mental illnesses. Not everyone getting treatment for mental disorders but those who have the additional tendency to violence.
